Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kansas City is a plumbing company based at 712 SW 6th St in Lee's Summit, serving the broader Kansas City metro including Overland Park, Olathe, Prairie Village, and Liberty. Its services span plumbing emergencies, water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, sump pump service, backflow prevention, gas line work, and whole-house water filtration. Calls are answered around the clock and service can be booked online, with the company advertising a satisfaction guarantee and an on-time commitment. Reviews read as a technician roster: Tyler B. is praised for on-time water heater installs and explaining options, Jewell for thorough faucet repairs and a gas stove connection done quickly and safely, Kyle for walking a customer through the full water heater replacement process, and JR for a fast, clean heater install. One customer described a Christmas Eve frozen-and-burst pipe emergency handled promptly, while another got same-afternoon service when a different company had canceled, with the technician suggesting improvements for the future. Shoe covers, floor protection, and post-job cleanup come up repeatedly. This is a fit for metro-wide homeowners who want a plumber that answers around the clock and backs its arrival times, particularly for water heaters, drain problems, and holiday or weekend emergencies. It suits customers who want options and explanations before committing, since presenting multiple repair paths is a recurring theme. The Lee's Summit base keeps response times tight for the southeast suburbs and the Kansas suburbs as well.

B&L Plumbing Service, Inc is a plumbing contractor in Lee's Summit, Missouri, serving the Kansas City metro with 24/7 emergency response. Its listed services cover sewer and drain cleaning, excavating, grinder pump systems, water heater repair, sump pumps, video inspections, and line locates for residential and commercial jobs. The company handles work ranging from clearing roots out of sewer lines to excavating and replacing underground pipe. Reviewers describe technicians who explain problems plainly and show customers what they find: one customer recounts tech Tyler running a camera through the pipe and displaying the screen to prove there were no cracks, only tree roots needing clearing. Billy is named for arriving quickly on an emergency grinder-pump failure and restoring water use the same visit; Jamie and Josh draw praise for professional, timely work. A recurring theme is clear communication about scope and timing, though one review describes a poor experience with a warranty-company dispatch that B&L reportedly declined to return to. This is a fit for Kansas City-area homeowners facing sewer or drain problems who want the diagnosis shown rather than just described. The excavation, grinder pump, and line-locate capabilities make it a practical pick for properties with buried-pipe or septic-adjacent issues. With round-the-clock availability, it suits urgent blockages or backups that cannot wait for business hours.

All-n-One Plumbing is a Lee's Summit plumbing company serving the greater Kansas City area for homes and businesses, open Monday through Saturday. Its focus runs heavy on the underground side of the trade: drain cleaning, sewer and water line repair and replacement, camera and locating work for sewer lines, plus piping repair and replacement, water heater service, and general plumbing. Reviewers describe an honest, responsive operation: one customer had a same-day response to an emergency with water soaking into a family room from an HVAC system, while another reports years of repeat business with on-time arrivals and friendly service. Up-front pricing and reasonable rates that held steady over time are recurring themes, and customers mention helpful SMS status updates while waiting for a technician. This is a fit for Lee's Summit and metro Kansas City homeowners with drain or sewer problems, particularly those who want camera inspection and locating before committing to a dig. The stable-pricing record makes it a strong second opinion when a big sewer bid feels off. Saturday hours suit workers who cannot take a weekday off, and the same-day emergency response covers urgent backups.
