Best Air conditioning contractor in Laredo for SameDay Service

Norway Air Conditioning Inc. is an HVAC contractor in Laredo, Texas, based in the South Laredo Industrial Park at 406 Boomtown St — an air conditioning company, not a plumber, appearing on a plumbing-focused directory. Its services cover residential and commercial HVAC repair, replacement, and maintenance, including air conditioning repair and installation, new duct and vent installation, and indoor air quality improvements such as professional filtration and UV lighting. The company serves Laredo and South Texas, and offers same-day service. Review themes emphasize fast response in South Texas heat: customers describe same-day visits, technicians arriving on time, and quick diagnoses in cases where other companies could not identify the problem. Named technicians include Daniel, Guillermo, and Orlando, described as professional, polite, and willing to explain each step of the work. One customer praised a new duct and vent installation with visibly improved airflow, and others highlight clean work areas left behind after the job. This is a fit for Laredo homeowners and businesses facing AC failure during peak heat, or planning a system replacement with a ductwork component. It suits customers who value punctual arrival and step-by-step explanations over a rushed visit. Anyone needing plumbing or drain work should keep looking: Norway's trade is heating and cooling, and its strongest reviews cluster around AC repair and installation.

North Side Air Conditioning is an HVAC and refrigeration contractor in Laredo’s Eastern Division, based on Guatemozin Street, despite appearing in some plumbing listings. Its actual trade is heating, cooling, and refrigeration: central air conditioning installation, service, and repair; electrical baseboard and wall heater repair; ventilation, vent cleaning, and sheet metal duct work. Plumbing appears only as a secondary listing category, so customers searching for a plumber should understand this is fundamentally an air conditioning company. It operates weekdays, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Review themes center on air conditioning breakdowns, especially in Laredo’s summer heat. One reviewer describes a knowledgeable and respectful technician who diagnosed a problem that two previous repairmen had missed. Another reviewer describes a word-of-mouth recommendation leading to a quick inspection, diagnosis, and same-period replacement of two aged units, praising the attentive crew. The record is not uniformly positive: one reviewer alleges that a filter cleaning damaged their unit and parts were moved between units, and another alleges charges that were not explained before billing. This is a fit for Laredo homeowners whose real problem is a failing air conditioner, not a plumbing issue, and who want a shop with a long track record on cooling work. Households replacing aged units could find the quick-inspection-to-installation pattern relevant during heat waves. Anyone looking for plumbing service should keep searching, since plumbing is not the company’s trade despite the listing category.
