The company keeps hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Reviews repeatedly name Kyle, who customers describe as professional, prompt, and honest. Accounts include a toilet replacement, tankless water heater flushing, and shower head swap completed quickly in one visit, and a Friday morning sink-leak call answered the same afternoon with the repair costing less than the quoted estimate. Review themes include fair pricing, same-day response, and personal treatment - customers contrast the small-shop experience with larger plumbing companies. Permit records show residential bathroom remodels and water main replacements among its project history. This is a fit for homeowners near Knightdale and east Raleigh who prefer a small, owner-visible shop over a large service company. Its fixture, faucet, and water heater work suits routine upgrades and repairs, and the extended weekday and weekend hours help callers who need evening or Sunday scheduling. Anyone who values a technician they can reach directly and a track record of under-quote pricing may find the profile described in reviews appealing.
