Best HVAC contractor in Kernersville for SameDay Service

The Plumbing & Air Service Co. is a multi-trade home services company in Kernersville, NC, covering plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical work from offices in Kernersville and Greensboro. Its plumbing services include tankless and conventional water heater installation, repair, and maintenance, plus faucet and fixture work and under-sink plumbing retrofits. On the HVAC side, it offers AC installation and repair, heating system services, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, and geothermal installations, serving Guilford and Forsyth County neighborhoods. Review themes cut across all three trades. Technicians are named for late-night emergency rescues — one account describes an HVAC capacitor failure fixed around 11:30 pm — while others are praised for walking customers through options patiently before work begins and for leaving homes clean, including securing the property during multi-day installations. Customers describe installers who explain the scope in advance, keep them updated on arrival times, and provide estimates on the spot for larger projects like whole-home generators. This is a fit for homeowners in the Piedmont Triad who want one contractor covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical rather than juggling three companies. It suits buyers comparing quotes on big-ticket installations — tankless water heaters, full HVAC replacements, or generators — who value a clear, upfront explanation of options before committing.

Sutton Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical is a multi-trade home services company at 365 W Bodenhamer St in Kernersville, NC serving Kernersville, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and the surrounding Piedmont Triad. The plumbing side handles plumbing inspection, installation and replacement, water heater leak repair, whole-house repiping, and main line clogs using camera inspection and jetting equipment. The electrical side includes EV charger installation. The company operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customer reviews name technicians Anthony K., David, Jeremiah, Navarre, Rickardo, Alex, and Christian across jobs including repiping estimates, well and water repairs, heat pump replacements, and main line clogs. Install jobs are described with coordination between office staff, quoting staff, and the install crew. This is a fit for Triad homeowners who want one company covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical instead of managing three separate contractors. The round-the-clock schedule suits urgent breakdowns such as water heater leaks or failed heating and cooling systems. The company also fits owners planning whole-house repiping or installing an EV charger, where detailed estimates and multi-technician coordination matter.
