Best Handyman/Handywoman/Handyperson in Jersey City for SameDay Service

Tim Golden Hands is a one-man home repair and maintenance operation run by Tim out of 74 Maple Street in Jersey City, New Jersey, listed as a plumber, contractor, and handyman. His own profile describes about five years of plumbing and construction work and an existing client base that includes restaurants, a fitness center, a chain of hotels, and residential customers. The listing shows around-the-clock availability. Review themes point to handyman-style work done quickly: a ceiling fan installation, a collapsed closet shelf repaired the morning after an evening call, and reviewers noting punctuality along with careful, check-before-each-step workmanship. Pricing is described as reasonable. The honest caveat concerns deposits: one reviewer reports losing a deposit after cancelling an appointment, and the owner responded that deposits are kept for cancellations inside 48 hours. Callers should understand the cancellation terms before booking. This is a fit for Jersey City residents and small businesses that need a single versatile contact for minor plumbing, repairs, and maintenance tasks rather than a large contractor crew. Restaurants and hospitality properties — the kind of client Tim already serves — may value a familiar hand for recurring upkeep. The profile suits routine fixes and quick turnarounds; anyone needing permitted, large-scale plumbing or heating projects should ask whether the job fits a one-operator outfit before committing.
