Best Gasfitter in Jeffersonville for SameDay Service

Brian Scroggins Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is a Jeffersonville, Indiana plumbing shop on Dutch Lane covering plumbing, sewer, and drain cleaning across the metro area. Its work spans drain unclogging, sewer diagnosis, underground waterline repair with its own excavator, gas-line inspections, toilet resets, kitchen sink repairs, water heater work, and shower valve replacement. Reviews describe same-day availability and the owner, Brian, personally handling much of the diagnostic work. Review themes center on fair dealing: one customer describes Brian quoting a diagnostic fee up front, then waiving it and coming in under the phone estimate for a shower valve replacement, even suggesting the homeowner cut the access hole themselves to save labor. Another describes a burst underground waterline fixed with an excavator before Thanksgiving guests arrived. The record is not spotless: one review alleges a paid repair left unfinished with the company unreachable afterward, a stark contrast to the same-day praise. This is a fit for Jeffersonville and Southern Indiana homeowners facing urgent leaks or sewer problems who want the owner diagnosing the job rather than a sales rep. The pattern of repair-over-replacement advice suits customers wary of upselling. Given the one serious unfinished-job complaint, confirming the written scope and completion terms before a large payment is the practical safeguard.
