Best Remodeler in Irving for SameDay Service

Horizon Emergency Services is a property damage restoration company on Luke Street in Irving, Texas — not a plumber, though it often appears in plumbing-adjacent searches. Its core work is 24/7 emergency response to water, fire, and mold damage, including water mitigation, structural drying, and emergency cleanup. After immediate damage is controlled, the company handles the rebuild side: floor restoration, ceiling and structural repairs, and full property reconstruction. It serves homes and businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and lists offices in both Irving and Dallas. Reviewers describe rapid response: one homeowner reported a mitigation crew arriving within about an hour of an evening call after a pipe burst. Jeff and owner Jamie come up repeatedly for clear communication, careful handling of belongings, and follow-up calls while crews are en route. Reviewers also praise help navigating insurance claims and coordination between condo and HOA policies. One reviewer alleged a representative inflated a minor AC-vent leak into an unnecessary full restoration with unauthorized cutting and a large bill. Most reviews, though, praise fast arrivals, fair pricing, and clean, completed work. This is a fit for homeowners facing sudden water damage who want one contractor to handle both emergency mitigation and reconstruction afterward. Quick arrivals and insurance coordination matter most when a burst pipe or storm is actively soaking a home. Anyone uneasy about restoration scope creep should get a clear written scope before work begins, but for after-hours DFW disasters, this is a restoration-first option rather than a pipe-repair shop.

Probuilt Construction is an Irving handyman and remodeling contractor operating out of 509 Abraham Ct and serving home and business owners across the city. Its listed trades cover bathroom and kitchen remodeling, carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and siding, and its handyman work includes patio cover construction, concrete painting, bookcase and closet system assembly, and handicap ramp creation. The crew also handles smaller mechanical and structural jobs such as garbage disposal installation, exhaust fan repair or replacement, and collapsed sink repair. Reviews center on Tim and his crew, who are described as responsive, efficient, and fair on pricing. Customers report repeat projects ranging from door installation and structural repair to window casing and framing, fixture replacement, car port construction, attic ladder replacement, and swapping rotted exterior trim for new siding. Several reviewers note that Tim explains the work, suggests products they had not considered, and never pushes unnecessary extras. He is also reported to call with arrival-time updates and leave the site cleaned up. This is a fit for Irving property owners who want one contractor for both planned remodels and recurring repairs. Commercial clients have used the company for ongoing facility projects, and the weekday-evening and Saturday hours (closed Sundays) suit working homeowners. Anyone comparing handymen in the 75060 area can expect an owner-led operation with a pattern of repeat, multi-project relationships.
