Best Furnace repair service in Irving for SameDay Service

ARS / Rescue Rooter is a home services company based on Campus Circle Drive West in Irving's Las Colinas area, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metro as part of the national American Residential Services network. Its services span heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, insulation, radiant barrier, and ventilation, alongside plumbing: drain cleaning, leak detection, pipe repair, sewer line cleaning, camera inspection, and water heater installation and repair. The location operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reviews name Brian, Jake, Ray, Mike, Roberto, Paul, Darrell, Ralph, Zach, Chris, and Steven for punctual, professional work and clear communication. Documented jobs include a refrigerator water-line leak fixed within twenty minutes of an 11:30 PM arrival, an emergency clog resolved within two hours, and a main-line obstruction cleared with before-and-after explanations. One reviewer describes a botched first visit that the company made right on a second trip without extra charge, while noting prices run higher than competitors and fees could be clearer. This is a fit for Irving and DFW homeowners who want a large network-backed shop with true 24-hour emergency coverage. The combination of plumbing, HVAC, and attic services suits whole-home projects. Buyers should confirm pricing in writing before authorizing work, given the mixed feedback on fee transparency.

Ken Murray's is a heating and air conditioning contractor based on Conflans Road in Irving, focused on residential HVAC service, repair, and installation. Stated service areas include Irving, Dallas, Carrollton, DeSoto, Garland, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, and Richardson. Review themes describe honest assessments, fair pricing, and fast response, with technicians Alex and Melissa named in customer accounts. Another describes two full system installations where crews showed up when promised and stayed until the job was complete. One account describes a Sunday storm call answered personally, with first-thing Monday service scheduled after troubleshooting over the phone. This is a fit for Dallas-area homeowners needing residential AC or heating repair from an established local shop rather than a national chain. The residential-only focus suits households wanting technicians who specialize in home systems. Fast response patterns make it a practical option when an AC fails in Texas heat and waiting is not an option.
