Best Kitchen remodeler in Irvine for SameDay Service

JCOR Plumbing & General Contractor is a combined plumbing, electrical, and general contracting company serving Orange County, with emergency response available around the clock. On the plumbing side it handles slab leak detection and repair, hydro jetting and drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair including tankless upgrades, sewer line camera inspection and replacement, whole-home repiping, faucet and toilet fixture installation, bathroom and kitchen plumbing remodeling, and backflow testing. Its electrical division covers panel upgrades, whole-home rewiring, EV charger installation, LED lighting, smart home integration, surge protection, and detector installs, while the contracting arm takes on bathroom and kitchen remodels, room additions, garage conversions and ADUs, and tenant improvements. Review themes center on responsiveness: a slab leak customer describes technicians arriving within the hour and fixing the issue with no mess, while other customers note panel upgrades and EV charger installs completed with clean, code-aware work. Reviewers also mention bathroom remodels handled from plumbing through tile and finishing while staying on budget, and describe the team as communicating clearly with transparent estimates. The company serves homes and businesses across Orange County, including Irvine, Anaheim, and Newport Beach. This is a fit for property owners who want a single contractor for a project that crosses trades, such as a bathroom remodel needing both plumbing and electrical work. Homeowners with urgent faults such as slab leaks or broken water heaters can use the round-the-clock emergency side. EV owners looking for a panel upgrade plus charger installation get both from one outfit.

Pristine Plumbing Inc is a plumbing company at 16 Technology Drive, Suite 140, in Irvine's Irvine Technology Center area, serving residential and commercial customers across Orange County with 24/7 availability. Its services include drain cleaning, sewer video inspection and sewer line repair, water heater installation and repair, septic system service, water purification and water softening equipment, and bathroom and kitchen remodeling. The company also offers drywall repair and painting, so a leak or repiping job can be finished without a separate contractor. Review themes center on responsiveness and diagnostic skill. Customers describe same-day dispatch for leaks, technicians who explain findings clearly and quote before work begins, and thorough camera inspections that locate problems other companies missed. Technicians Brody, Andy, Daniel, and Angel Ruiz are named for professional, knowledgeable service. A minority of reviewers note pricing at the higher end, framing it as the cost of careful, well-executed work. This is a fit for Irvine and Orange County homeowners who want detailed diagnostics, such as sewer camera inspections and leak tracing, from a company that can also restore the drywall afterward. It suits commercial properties needing round-the-clock coverage and customers willing to pay more for methodical, well-documented work.
