Best Electric generator shop in Indianapolis for SameDay Service

Bassett Services: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is a full-service home services contractor with an Indianapolis location at 7510 E 82nd St and additional operations in Plainfield. The company covers heating, cooling, plumbing, drain cleaning, and electrical for both residential and commercial clients, with 24/7 emergency service advertised. Plumbing offerings include drain cleaning, furnace-adjacent water work, water pump services, and routine plumbing maintenance. Reviews name technicians Doug Smyth, Killian Reynolds, Matt, Wolf, Alex French, Jeff, and Tyler for knowledgeable, friendly service: customers describe a burst outdoor water pipe located underground and repaired the same day, 8 PM emergency calls answered, and AC failures fixed within an hour on a hot day. Recurring themes include fully stocked trucks and technicians who explain options. Balanced against that, one detailed review describes a yearly maintenance program that became a scheduling nightmare — a confirmed appointment never happened, the company blamed process errors, and the customer could not exit the program without buying it out. Bassett Services fits Indianapolis homeowners who want heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical from one contractor with 24/7 dispatch. The fast emergency response pattern is the main draw. For the yearly maintenance program, the review record suggests reading the cancellation terms carefully before signing.
