Best Air conditioning store in Indianapolis for SameDay Service

Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical is a multi-trade contractor in the Park 100 area of Indianapolis, covering heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical work across the metro, with round-the-clock emergency service. Plumbing services include water heater installation and repair, water softener replacement, garbage disposal installation, sump pumps, sewer line service, and pipe repair; HVAC covers furnace and AC repair and installation; electrical work rounds out the offering. A maintenance membership program bundles routine servicing across the trades. Review themes emphasize knowledgeable, courteous technicians and clear communication: Tyree, Tino, Will, Adrian, Dan, Jahsan Wright, Rafael, and dispatcher Lexy are named across reviews, praised for explaining diagnoses, sending photo-and-fact texts before arrival, and confirming costs before proceeding. Examples include a disposal installed within hours of a morning call, a furnace misdiagnosis by another company corrected, and commercial rental properties serviced with minimal disruption. Balanced note: multiple reviewers describe pricing as fair but not the cheapest — one cites an expensive outdoor spigot replacement — so comparing quotes on big-ticket work is prudent. This is a fit for Indianapolis homeowners wanting one accountable company for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical, with the membership program covering routine maintenance across all systems. The pre-arrival technician texts and cost-confirmation practice suit customers who want no surprises. For furnace or AC replacement, the dealer relationship and maintenance bundling add structure. Budget-focused shoppers should get competing quotes for larger installations given the pricing feedback, while routine service and diagnostics draw consistently positive reports.
