Best Air conditioning store in Indianapolis for SameDay Service

All Pro Heating, Air and Plumbing is a heating, cooling, and plumbing contractor in the Lawrence area of Indianapolis, serving residential, multi-family, and commercial properties across Central Indiana with extended daily hours. HVAC services include furnace and AC repair, installation, and maintenance, air duct cleaning, and seasonal tune-ups; plumbing covers drain cleaning, sewer line camera inspection and repair, water heater work, garbage disposals, and fixture repairs. Clear options rather than pushed sales is the stated approach. Review themes highlight responsive technicians: Fonda and Johnathan are praised for sewer line camera work with clear explanations, Gilbert and Tyler for fast AC repairs, Jason and Zach for property-management HVAC work, and Jody Whyde for smooth vendor setup. Reviews note quick arrivals for heating failures and garbage disposal emergencies. Balanced notes: several customers report scheduling and communication problems — missed appointments and slow follow-ups — and a few cite workmanship issues, so the record is mixed on reliability even as technician-level feedback stays positive. This is a fit for Indianapolis property managers and multi-family owners who need one vendor for HVAC and plumbing across units — the commercial experience and vendor-setup ease are the draw. For homeowners, the camera-based sewer diagnostics suit anyone comparing repair options. Given the scheduling complaints, confirming appointment windows and getting follow-up commitments in writing is prudent. Those who value options-based quoting over sales pressure will find the stated approach aligns, but should verify it in practice.
