Best Air conditioning contractor in Honolulu for SameDay Service

Dorvin D Leis Co Inc is a full-service mechanical contractor with offices across Hawaii and in Guam, headquartered in Kahului and operating a Honolulu office on Puuhale Road in Kalihi-Palama. It self-performs plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, fire protection and fire sprinkler, and temperature controls and energy management installations. Its Hawaii contractor licenses also cover boiler work, hot water heating, steam fitting, electrical work, and solar hot water systems. The company positions itself around commercial and industrial-scale projects: permit records show it working mostly on plumbing projects and new construction, with hundreds of permitted jobs in recent years. The business began in California in 1961 and shifted its focus to Hawaii in 1967, and it is now described as Hawaii's leading mechanical contractor. It is not a residential service plumber — its operation is built for large buildings, developments, and infrastructure work. This is a fit for general contractors, developers, and property owners who need a licensed mechanical subcontractor for commercial construction or major building systems work. Facility managers coordinating HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection under one contractor could also consider it. Homeowners with a small leak or a simple fixture replacement will get faster results from a residential plumber.
