Best Hot water system supplier in Hilliard for SameDay Service

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Columbus is a locally owned franchise of the national Benjamin Franklin Plumbing brand, based on Anson Drive in Hilliard and serving the greater Columbus area. Its work covers leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer repair, and water heater replacement, with 24/7 emergency availability for urgent calls. The company operates under the national brand's on-time guarantee, paying the customer a set amount if a technician arrives late, and serves both residential and light commercial clients. Reviews highlight technicians JT and Traise by name for careful diagnostics, photo documentation, and same-day follow-through on insurance paperwork. Customers praise clear communication about options and financing, and fast responses to active leaks. The record is not all positive: one reviewer describes a drain-project quote that came in several times higher than a competing bid, and another says a repeat fee for difficult access felt unjustified and that management never returned a requested call about it. This fits homeowners who want the backing of a national brand with 24/7 dispatch and an on-time guarantee, especially for leaks and water heater jobs where fast scheduling matters. Those comparing costs should get a second bid, since the mixed pricing record suggests quotes can run high. For emergency calls, the around-the-clock availability is the main draw.
