Best Home inspector in Hickman for SameDay Service

Southwick Liquid Waste is a septic system specialist based in Hickman, Nebraska, serving residential and commercial customers across the Lincoln area. Its core work is septic tank pumping, installation, and repair, along with sewer and drain services for properties on septic systems. Reviewers describe staff who answer questions patiently — office contact Jaime is named for talking customers through lagoon levels and checking for plumbing leaks that could be filling a system — and field employees like Bill who pump and service systems on site. Review themes center on prompt response to septic and drain problems, thorough explanations of work performed, and careful cleanup after tank installations. One reviewer notes the company replaced a septic tank that had been installed incorrectly by another firm, correcting the earlier faulty work and leaving the system running well. Same-day service is part of its positioning, which matters for septic emergencies where backups cannot wait. The company handles both routine pumping and full system replacements. This is a fit for acreage and rural homeowners around Lincoln, Hickman, and Lancaster County on septic or lagoon systems rather than municipal sewer. Property buyers who discover a tank was installed improperly, and landlords maintaining rural rentals, will find the repair-and-replacement capability most relevant. For anyone new to septic ownership, the pattern of explaining systems in plain language makes it a useful first call.
