Best Drainage service in Henderson for SameDay Service

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is the Henderson, Nevada branch of the national Roto-Rooter chain, located at 7375 Commercial Way #155 in the Midway area. The branch covers drain and sewer unclogging — kitchen and bathroom sinks, bathtub and floor drains, outdoor downspout lines — plus leak detection and repair for faucets and pipes inside and outside the home. Water heater work spans tank, tankless, heat pump, solar, and condensing models. The "Water Cleanup" side adds water removal, flood and basement cleanup, mold remediation, and water quality services including softening and filtration. Review themes for this branch are largely positive. Customers mention same-day visits, clear on-site estimates with upfront pricing before work begins, and technicians arriving within the scheduled window. Named technicians include Chris Davis for fast drain work and Anthony and Sean for professional conduct. A recurring note is that drain-clearing prices can feel high, so confirming the quote scope before authorizing work is advisable. The branch also serves commercial accounts alongside residential jobs. This is a fit for Henderson homeowners dealing with clogs, leaks, water heater failures, or water damage who want a 24/7 national-chain branch with same-day availability. The water damage restoration side makes it relevant after flooding or burst pipes where cleanup and drying are needed alongside the repair. For Henderson's hard-water conditions — averaging 16+ grains per gallon per the branch — the softening and filtration offerings address the mineral buildup that stresses pipes and water heaters.

Ideal Services is a multi-trade home services contractor based in Henderson, working across the Las Vegas valley with plumbers, air conditioning technicians, electricians, and water damage restoration crews under one operation. On the plumbing side it handles fixture repairs, drain work including hydro jetting and camera inspections, garbage disposals, water heaters, and trenchless pipe repairs. The heating and cooling arm covers AC repair, system replacement, and heater service, while the electrical side takes on wiring repairs and fixture installation. The company operates around the clock and positions itself for same-day and emergency calls, which suits households facing a failed water heater, a backed-up drain, or an AC outage during desert heat. It also works through home warranty claims, with an appointment system that sends text updates and arrival windows. Because the trades are combined, a single visit can address a plumbing leak and the electrical damage it caused rather than requiring two separate contractors. Customer accounts split sharply. Positive experiences describe technicians who arrive on time, explain the problem clearly, clean up afterward, and finish jobs like disposal replacements or spigot repairs quickly. Negative accounts raise upselling pressure, including a toilet flapper misdiagnosed as a full replacement, and disputes over diagnostic fees and billing follow-up. Prospective callers may want to ask exactly what a diagnostic visit covers before agreeing to one.
