Best Plumber in Helotes for SameDay Service

Anchor Plumbing Services is a plumbing company based on Western Oak Drive in Helotes, covering residential and commercial work across the greater San Antonio area including Boerne, New Braunfels, Shavano Park, Leon Valley, and Schertz. Its residential services span water softeners, water heaters including tankless models, pressure reducing valves, garbage disposals, toilet repair and replacement, drain cleaning, water, gas, and sewer lines, backflow testing, and remodeling. The commercial side handles commercial water heaters, backflow prevention, and sewer line repair and replacement. Flat-rate, same-day appointments and a stated 100% satisfaction guarantee frame the operations. Review themes center on honest diagnosis and education: Ralph walked a customer step by step through water softener installation with photos and literature, and Mitch Dotson correctly diagnosed a kitchen-wall leak that two competitors had priced as a locate-only job or a full foundation tunnel — repairing it for far less. Matt R.'s disposal replacement, Josh Mora and Sammy's outside leak, and Gabriel and Mike's sub-one-hour shower faucet fix draw the same praise for speed and courtesy. One complaint about an expensive multi-fixture job shows the record is not unanimous. Anchor fits Helotes and greater-area homeowners and businesses wanting a flat-rate shop with strong diagnostic chops, particularly for water softeners and leak tracing. Its broad service footprint makes it a practical pick for the suburbs it covers.

San Antonio Plumbing is an independent plumbing company based on FM 1560 in Helotes, serving the greater San Antonio area with 24/7 emergency service. Its work covers drain cleaning and repair, water heater installation, pipe repair and installation, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, water softeners, backflow preventer installation, and bathtub installation. The company backs its repairs with a one-year guarantee, a concrete commitment that goes beyond the job itself. Reviewers describe prompt, no-pressure service: Hector assessed an issue and pointed a customer in the right direction without charging a service call, Dustin is praised for fast and courteous leak repair, and Eric and Johnny earn mentions for thorough, explanatory visits. Brett's widely cited toilet diagnosis — hours of troubleshooting that correctly identified the toilet itself after a warranty contractor had given up — illustrates the shop's diagnostic patience. Mobile-home plumbing gets specific mention as a covered niche. San Antonio Plumbing fits Helotes and northwest-area homeowners who want a shop with a one-year repair guarantee behind the work. Its willingness to advise without charging makes it a low-risk first call for uncertain problems. For warranty-claim situations where a previous contractor failed, the record suggests this is the kind of shop that actually finds the fault.
