Best Drainage service in Gretna for SameDay Service

JTM Plumbing and Drain is a Gretna-based plumbing company serving Gretna, Omaha, and surrounding communities including Papillion, Elkhorn, and La Vista, with locations on South 204th Street in Gretna and North 120th Street in Omaha. The company is led by a City of Omaha Master Plumber and Nebraska Grade VI Water Operator. Its service list spans plumbing repairs, water heater installation and service, water softeners, water purification, backflow testing, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, and trenchless sewer repair. It also handles new-construction rough-in and finish plumbing. Same-day appointments are prioritized, and the company offers flat-rate quotes, a workmanship warranty, and discounts for seniors, military, and civil service customers. Review themes name technicians Ben, Daniel, Adam, Bernard, Dennis, Jose, and Alec: customers describe same-day water heater replacements, fast softener repairs, and thorough explanations of options. One reviewer describes a flooded basement handled with step-by-step communication; another describes inspectors who found nothing wrong and charged nothing. Customers characterize pricing as fair and technicians as professional and knowledgeable. This is a fit for Gretna and southwest Omaha homeowners who want a master-plumber-led company with same-day availability. The water treatment specialty suits customers installing softeners or purification systems. For real estate transactions, the backflow testing and new-construction rough-in capability covers inspection and builder needs.

Rooter-Man Of Omaha is a drain and plumbing specialist operating from Patton Street in Gretna, serving Gretna, Omaha, Elkhorn, Papillion, and surrounding areas. The shop is locally owned and operated under the RooterMan franchise brand, which gives it a national playbook — upfront pricing, trained technicians, first-time-customer coupons — while the local team handles residential and commercial drain cleaning, plumbing repairs, and sewer work. Review themes split into two honest camps. Happy customers describe same-day appointments, technicians arriving on time, problems fixed right the first time, booties worn to protect floors, and names like Billy singled out for great service. The counterweight comes from several home-warranty-assigned jobs: confused branding between Rooter-Man and Thomas Plumbing at the same address, slow warranty scheduling, and sharp pricing disputes on warranty-dictated work. The direct-booking record reads noticeably better than the warranty-assigned one. This is a fit for homeowners with drain and sewer needs who book directly and get the upfront-price, same-day pattern reviewers describe. Warranty-assigned customers should expect the experience to differ. It suits people who like franchise consistency with a local owner behind it, especially for drain cleaning where the shop's specialty lies.
