Best Property maintenance in Greensboro for SameDay Service

Cransten is a handyman and remodeling company based at 717 Green Valley Road, Suite 200, in Greensboro, North Carolina — not a plumbing shop, despite appearing in plumber directories. The company handles home repair and improvement work across kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, tile, deck and patio projects, and laundry room renovation. Technicians arrive by appointment Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and customer accounts name Tony, Joe, Simon, and George for punctual, courteous service with careful cleanup. Smaller handyman jobs make up a large share of the work: repairing kitchen cabinets and vanities, reskinning a deck, replacing light fixtures, mounting televisions, fixing towel rods, and assembling furniture. Larger remodeling projects extend to breakfast nook additions, outdoor living areas, and full bathroom or kitchen updates. Reviews describe craftsmen who explain what they are doing as they go, suggest cost-saving alternatives, and treat belongings with respect, with one account praising work on kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity completed on schedule. Cransten is built for Greensboro homeowners who have a running list of repairs and upgrades they want handled by a single responsive company. Because the company uses its own technicians rather than subcontracting, scheduling and accountability run through one office. Anyone planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel, a deck refresh, or a bundle of small fixes could find the weekday appointment model convenient — though it is not the outfit to call for plumbing work or for emergencies.

Krafted Handyman and Repair is a handyman service based at 506 Mystic Dr in Greensboro, NC that covers repairs and renovations across multiple trades. The company describes its specialties as plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry, positioning itself as a general home repair business rather than a single-trade contractor. It offers same-day and next-day repairs along with free estimates, and its stated operating philosophy is to keep its word, show up on time, and fix the problem at hand. The business is open seven days a week, with Saturday hours running 7 AM to 7:30 PM and Sunday hours from 7 AM to 5 PM. Reviews name Kendrick, also called Kenn or Jones, as the technician handling jobs, and customers describe repeat visits for repairs around the house. Jobs mentioned in feedback include mailbox repair, drywall work, and general handyman repairs, with customers noting on-time arrivals and straightforward communication about the work. The company lists accepted payments including cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. This is a fit for Greensboro homeowners who want one call to cover mixed small jobs that span plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry without booking a separate contractor for each trade. The same-day and next-day scheduling also suits landlords and property managers clearing punch lists between tenants. Weekend hours make it practical for owners who need repairs done outside weekday working time.
