Best Repair service in Greenfield for SameDay Service

Al's discount plumbing is a Greenfield, Wisconsin one-man plumbing shop at 4245 S 81st St run by Al, handling residential repair work: complete water pipe replacements, bath and kitchen plumbing, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and leaking pipe repair. The company keeps long hours — 7 AM to 9 PM weekdays, with weekend availability — positioning itself as the neighborhood plumber who answers the phone personally. No online booking or dispatch center figures in the record; this is a craftsman answering his own calls. The review record is defined by unusual honesty: customers describe calling about a leaking faucet or a kitchen fixture and being talked through a do-it-yourself fix by phone, step by step, saving them a service call entirely. One reviewer recounts Al answering a Sunday-afternoon call and guiding a simple repair that avoided a weekend fee; another describes a difficult slab-pipe leak repaired tenaciously through a closet access hole, with Al returning the next day to confirm satisfaction. Recurring themes include clean work, skilled craftsmanship, and pricing that reviewers call fair. This is a fit for Greenfield and southwest Milwaukee homeowners who want a straightforward, budget-conscious plumber and are comfortable with a one-man operation's scheduling. The phone-diagnosis pattern makes it a smart first call for small leaks and fixture issues: if Al can talk you through it, you pay nothing. Customers who prefer a large company with guaranteed dispatch windows should weigh that against the personal-service record.
