Best Heating contractor in Goodlettsville for SameDay Service

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is a large regional home-services company whose Goodlettsville office at 1617 US-31W covers the North Nashville corridor with plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical work. Its stated trades include plumbing repair and installation, water heater work, water treatment solutions, heating repair, commercial air conditioning, and electrical service, with 24-hour emergency availability across the region. Review themes at this office center on professional installations and maintenance work. Technicians Thomas, Tyson, and Paul earned praise for a courteous, detail-oriented installation. HVAC technician Alan was described as on time and thorough during a maintenance check, and plumbing technician Jeff is remembered for honest, extra-mile service when he could not fix a septic issue but made sure the customer had water for the weekend. On the critical side, reviewers describe high labor charges, with one account calling an hour of billed work excessive and another calling a brief clog removal severely overpriced, plus long hold times when calling the office. This is a fit for Goodlettsville and North Nashville homeowners who want one large contractor handling plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work with round-the-clock emergency coverage. The installation record suits planned system replacements. Given the documented pricing complaints, customers should confirm rates and get flat-rate quotes in writing before authorizing service.
