Best Gas installation service in Gilbert for SameDay Service

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a plumbing contractor in Gilbert, Arizona, at 1545 N McQueen Road, Suite 102, operating as the local branch of the national Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise. Its listed offerings include drain cleaning and installation, water heater services, fixture installation and repair, garbage disposal services, and water purification and filtration. The brand's signature is a punctuality promise: the company advertises crediting customers for every minute a technician runs late, up to a stated maximum, and it handles emergency repairs outside normal business hours without extra surcharges. Customer feedback names technicians Joe Molina, Cory Greenwood, Michael, Ben Adams, Kyle, Francisco Vega, and Joseph. Review themes include water heater installations with plain-language explanations, gas line work completed thoroughly, slab leak diagnosis, cast iron pipe replacement, and a combined water softener and reverse osmosis install finished in one visit. Reviewers repeatedly praise clear communication, meticulous workmanship, and on-time arrivals, with a few notes that diagnostic pricing can run higher than expected. This fits East Valley homeowners who prioritize punctuality and communication, since both themes dominate the review record. The emergency-without-surcharge positioning makes it relevant for urgent repairs on weekends and holidays, and the water treatment list suits owners addressing Arizona's hard water. Buyers comparing quotes may want itemized estimates upfront given the mixed notes on diagnostic costs.
