Best Repair service in Franklin for SameDay Service

The Hot Water Heater Pros is a Franklin water heater specialist on West Main Street, focused exclusively on water heater repair and replacement. Its stated work covers tank and tankless water heater installation and replacement, water heater flushing and maintenance, expansion tank replacement, and related hot water system repairs. The company also lists water filters and water softening equipment, with weekend hours available and Sunday closure. Review themes center on fast, honest water heater service. One customer describes technician Chris walking through replacement options patiently, then installing a new unit around an appointment the same morning, leaving the work area tidy. Another reports a Saturday-morning breakdown fixed within two hours of calling. A tankless replacement completed while the customer was out of town earned praise for smooth execution and prompt follow-up fixes. One standout account describes the company telling a customer their unit only needed a flush, not a replacement, when competitors push new units. This is a fit for Franklin-area homeowners with water heater failures who want a same-day specialist rather than a general plumber scheduling around other trades. The record of honest diagnosis suits customers comparing quotes and wary of overselling. The flushing and maintenance offering also makes it relevant for owners extending the life of an aging unit.
