14 Best HVAC contractor in Fort Wayne for SameDay Service

OSI Contractors is a multi-trade contracting company based at 4016 Spurwood Cir in Fort Wayne, Indiana, listed across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and general contracting categories. The Better Business Bureau lists it as a General Contractor with roofing and construction services. Customer mentions on record point to installed furnace and air conditioning work at a home, with the experience described as quick, professional, and affordable. Public detail about the company is thin beyond directory listings and a small review footprint, so most of what can be said comes from its stated trade coverage: single-family residential construction, roofing, and mechanical trades under one roof. Fort Wayne is its base of operations, with no published service menu beyond the listed categories. This is a fit for Fort Wayne homeowners who want one contractor to cover multiple systems — a roof job alongside HVAC or electrical work — rather than coordinating separate firms. The documented furnace-and-AC installation suggests comfort-system projects as a working specialty. Given the thin public record, customers can confirm licensing and request itemized estimates before committing.

J.O. Mory Inc. is an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor serving Northeast Indiana from its Fort Wayne location on Lima Road and a second location in South Milford. The company's own materials date the business to 1892. Its residential and commercial services span furnace and air conditioning installation and repair, emergency HVAC service, geothermal heating installations, plumbing installation, electrical upgrades and rewiring, residential backup generators, fire protection, and metal fabrication — a range that lets a heating system change, rewiring, and plumbing modification stay with one contractor. Review themes center on long-term relationships and named technicians: customers describe 20-plus years of repeat work, furnace installations that run well, and routine service visits handled by Mason. Abel is named for friendly, knowledgeable service, Greg F. for trustworthy plumbing and electrical work, and Kevin M. for responsive value against market pricing. Service manager Kurt is noted for putting customer service first. Reviewers also credit the company with both emergency and routine service, including full electrical system rewires and generator installs. This is a fit for Fort Wayne-area homeowners planning whole-system projects — a furnace or geothermal swap bundled with the electrical and plumbing changes it requires — who want a single accountable contractor. The long customer tenures suit households looking for a standing service relationship with routine maintenance. Commercial and industrial clients needing HVAC design, installation, and total service match the company's stated commercial and metal fabrication capability.

Redman Services is a Fort Wayne contractor at 6113 Cross Creek Blvd whose core trade is HVAC, with plumbing listed among its secondary services. Its offerings center on air conditioning repair, heating work, and system upgrades — energy-efficient HVAC replacements, energy-efficient water heaters, whole-house fans, and radiant floor systems — plus leak detection. The company operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, serving residential and commercial customers. Review themes focus on the HVAC side: technician Chase is named for prompt service and clear explanations during repairs, and one customer notes booking only two days out when competitors were scheduling a week ahead. Reviewers describe service as upfront, honest, professional, and efficient. The record is not spotless — a few accounts describe experiences that needed follow-up, with owner Jay noted for personally reaching out to resolve concerns. Plumbing-specific detail is sparse; the plumbing work appears secondary to heating and cooling jobs. This is a fit for homeowners whose primary need is air conditioning or heating repair, especially breakdowns that can't wait for a week-long booking queue. It suits anyone considering an efficiency upgrade — a new high-efficiency system, water heater, or whole-house fan — alongside a repair call. For Fort Wayne residents with a pure plumbing project, the thin plumbing track record suggests asking specifically about plumbing experience before hiring, while HVAC callers can weigh the faster booking pattern directly.

Freedom Heating Cooling Plumbing is a Fort Wayne heating, cooling, and plumbing company on Highview Drive offering around-the-clock service. Its trade covers furnace repair and maintenance, air conditioning repair, water heater installation and replacement, and general plumbing work. Reviewers describe it taking over another company's installed base and honoring existing warranties, which suggests the business absorbed or succeeded a local competitor. Review themes highlight speed and transparency. Reviewers name technicians like Dustin, Ryan, Leo, and Phil for prompt arrivals, detailed explanations, and options presented at different price points without pressure. A same-day water heater replacement after a no-hot-water call and repairs to storm-damaged air conditioning units are called out specifically. The company shares its street address with Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing, so customers should treat the two names as one operation when reading reviews. This is a fit for Fort Wayne homeowners who want a single shop for furnace, AC, and plumbing with fast turnaround on urgent calls like dead water heaters. The warranty-honoring record makes it worth considering when a previous installer is no longer around.
