Best HVAC contractor in Florence for SameDay Service

Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is a multi-trade home services contractor based on Powerline Drive in Florence, Kentucky, serving Northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati area. The company covers heating and cooling installation, repair, and maintenance — including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps — alongside residential plumbing, electrical work, and air duct cleaning. It operates around the clock, seven days a week, as a single-call option for combined HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. Technicians named in feedback include Bailey, Chadwick, Dan Herrmann, and Adam. One reviewer praised Bailey for a quick Saturday air-conditioning fix, while another described Chadwick driving out the same afternoon to repair a plumbing leak that two other companies had refused to touch, including work inside a mobile home. Adam earned praise for walking a customer through furnace details during a phone consultation. Fast scheduling and weekend availability are recurring themes. On the negative side, one reviewer reported repeated problems with a heat pump the company installed, needing multiple repair visits. This is a fit for Northern Kentucky homeowners who want one contractor covering heating, cooling, plumbing, and electric rather than juggling separate companies. It suits households that value evening and weekend availability for breakdowns, and those in older or harder-to-service homes where other contractors have declined work. Customers comparing quotes on major installs may want a second bid, given the one report of persistent post-installation problems.
