Best Heating contractor in Erlanger for SameDay Service

Arlinghaus Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is an Erlanger, Kentucky contractor whose core business is heating and cooling, with plumbing and electrical services alongside. The company handles air conditioning and furnace repair, maintenance, and installation, plus tankless water heater installation and tanked water heater replacement. Its plumbing work covers water heater repairs, water main repairs, and fixture and valve jobs, serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky around the clock. Technicians Andrew, Kevin, Jose, Josh, Nelson, Connor, and Chris appear in feedback for clear explanations, no-pressure recommendations, and practical advice — Jose was praised for water heater maintenance tips and guidance on softener salt pellets, while Kevin kept a customer's air running over a holiday weekend with a temporary thermostat until the replacement arrived. The review record also carries pricing complaints: several reviewers described quotes as far above competing bids, one called a routine sink-trap replacement sharply overpriced, and another said scheduled maintenance contract visits never materialized. This is a fit for Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky homeowners who want heating, cooling, and plumbing from one company with round-the-clock availability. HVAC system replacement and water heater work are the strongest use cases in the feedback. Price-conscious customers should get a second quote for larger projects, since the record shows mixed views on cost — strong service notes sit alongside firm complaints about high bids.
