Best Heating contractor in Edmond for SameDay Service

Amped Plumbing Heating and Air is a multi-trade home services company with locations in Warr Acres and Edmond, covering plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and home security systems. Its plumbing side spans drain cleaning, leak detection, mainline sewer repair and replacement, re-piping, water heaters, gas lines, camera inspections, and water treatment. The HVAC operation handles air conditioner tune-ups, furnace repair and installation, and thermostats. Emergency service runs 24/7, and the company offers membership plans. It serves the Oklahoma City metro for both residential and commercial customers. Most accounts are positive: reviewers describe quick same-day service, fair pricing on jobs like water main replacement, and praised technicians including Dylan, Chase, and Joe. A notable negative thread runs alongside: detailed complaints about aggressive upselling and inflated quotes — one account describes a high-pressure pitch for an expensive stopgap fix with financing pushed on the spot — plus complaints about the diagnostic fee. The pattern suggests competent field work paired with a sales-driven quoting approach. This is a fit for homeowners who want a single provider across plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and security — the breadth is the differentiator. The same-day emergency positioning suits urgent failures. Given the upselling complaints, buyers should get competing quotes for any large recommended job and confirm exactly what the diagnostic fee covers before booking.
