Best Plumber in East Point for SameDay Service

C & R Plumbing Co is a full-service plumbing company based in East Point, serving the south Atlanta metro area. Its services include general plumbing repairs, water heater replacement, clogged toilet repair, tankless water heater installation, grease trap service, and faucet repair and replacement. The company handles both residential and commercial work, with grease traps and tankless units rounding out a standard full-service offering. Customers name Mike Smallwood and Mike among the technicians. Review themes show a loyalty pattern balanced by pricing friction. Long-term customers describe years of repeat business — the kind of record where a shop becomes the household's default plumber — with reviewers praising reliable work and familiar technicians. Balanced against that are complaints about pricing disputes, where customers felt the final bill exceeded what was discussed. This is a familiar small-shop pattern: strong relationships with regulars, occasional friction on quotes for new or larger jobs. This is a fit for East Point and south Atlanta homeowners and small businesses that want a full-service plumber covering everything from clogged toilets to tankless installations and grease traps. The loyalty theme suggests the shop rewards repeat customers. For new customers and larger jobs, the pricing-dispute complaints are the caution flag — getting the quote in writing before work starts is the practical step.
