Best Air conditioning contractor in Delaware for SameDay Service

Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air is the Delaware, Ohio listing of a family plumbing and HVAC company serving the county seat and surrounding communities. From its Route 23 location, the trade range runs from leak detection, drain cleaning, sewer repair, and water heater installation to furnaces, air conditioners, and full HVAC maintenance — with septic pumping appearing in the Delaware categories, a specialty tied to homes outside city sewer lines. Same-day scheduling and 24/7 availability are part of the operating model. Review themes emphasize responsiveness outside normal hours: Christopher arrived the day after a late-evening call, Jacob and Kobe were dispatched within an hour for a backed-up shower drain, and a customer's brother-in-law got holiday weekend help from Christopher after an hour of troubleshooting. Named techs Christopher and Tyler recur for courteous, tidy work, and one Thanksgiving-day reviewer found the office staff genuinely kind. The strongest dissent is a customer's claim that an appointment was scheduled and canceled after waiting home all day — the main scheduling complaint on record. This is a fit for Delaware County residents who want one local number for plumbing, HVAC, and septic service rather than three separate contractors. It suits holiday and evening emergencies, since those dispatches are well documented. Buyers should confirm the appointment window in writing if scheduling reliability matters, given the one documented missed-appointment complaint.
