The comfort side covers air handler, heat pump, furnace, and air conditioning tune-ups, equipment installation, and free consultations. The plumbing side offers leak detection, sewer camera inspection, drain cleaning, water heating, repiping, and plumbing services, with flexible financing on water heating and major work plus free second opinions. Review themes center on technician professionalism. Named technicians include Isaac, praised for explaining everything he does on a service call; Francisco, noted for on-time arrival and clear diagnoses; and Greg, a long-serving technician described as courteous and professional. Customers mention thorough maintenance visits, clean properties after service, and an unusual second-opinion case where a competitor's full system replacement recommendation was resolved by a simple repair. This is a fit for Lake Highlands and Dallas homeowners who want one company for HVAC and plumbing with extended availability. The free second opinions suit customers who received an expensive quote elsewhere. The preventive maintenance emphasis covers homeowners who prefer scheduled tune-ups over emergency calls.

Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning is a multi-trade contractor based at 11055 Plano Road in Lake Highlands, offering plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and indoor air quality services across Dallas and surrounding areas. Its plumbing work covers water heater installation, drain cleaning, sewer repair, fixture installation, and general plumbing repairs, while the HVAC side handles air conditioning and heating repair, installation, and maintenance. The company operates with technicians across all three trades, so a household can address plumbing and climate systems through one provider. Review themes center on thoroughness and communication. Technicians Travis, Walter, Tony, Brian, Tino, Calvin, and Victor are named for diagnosing problems clearly, explaining pricing options before work, and completing installations efficiently. Customers describe fast responses for failed water heaters — one notes a same-day replacement completed within hours of the call — and credit the company with scheduling flexibility on short notice. Some reviews describe inflated quotes and dispute the value of promotional offers, and a few accuse the company of changing character after an acquisition. This is a fit for homeowners who want a single contractor for plumbing plus HVAC, especially those with aging water heaters, sewer concerns, or air conditioning problems arriving together. The company's long history in Dallas makes it recognizable to repeat buyers. Customers with large quotes should compare figures against other Dallas contractors before approving major installations.

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is a multi-trade contractor based at 12054 Forestgate Drive in Dallas's Lake Highlands area, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. Its services span air conditioner repair and replacement, water heater installation and repair, basic plumbing and drain services, plus electrical repairs including electric car charger installation. Office hours run 7 AM to 10 PM Monday through Saturday, with Sundays closed. Review themes highlight responsive technicians and detailed explanations. Tyson McLaughlin is praised for thoroughly cleaning and inspecting multiple units and making helpful recommendations without pressure; Jacob is noted for explaining everything clearly; Raphique is recognized for attention to detail on HVAC problem resolution. The record is not uniformly positive: one complaint alleges an upsell toward a full system replacement over a warranted compressor repair, and another cites a missed scheduling window, so experiences with cost and timing can vary. This is a fit for Dallas–Fort Worth homeowners who prefer one company across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, including EV charger installation. The 7 AM to 10 PM Saturday hours help people who need evening or weekend service. For those weighing quotes, asking for written, itemized estimates upfront addresses the pricing variability that a few reviewers reported.

Hedrick's Service Now is a Dallas HVAC and plumbing company based on Petal Street in Lake Highlands, keeping weekday hours of 7:30 AM to 6 PM. Its plumbing side covers slab leak repair, plumbing replacements, gas services, and water heaters, while the HVAC side handles air conditioning repair, furnace installation, and indoor air quality. The company offers free estimates, 24-hour emergency service, and a club membership with annual HVAC and plumbing checkups plus priority same-day service. Reviews name Pete, Truxton, Brady, Chris, Conner, Jimmy, and dispatcher Erin for knowledgeable, courteous work and clear explanations. Documented jobs include a full sewage pipe replacement described as complicated and messy but handled professionally, a plumbing issue fixed plus another problem discovered behind the wall, and a water heater installation completed despite a failed city water shutoff — the technician improvised a solution that kept hot water running until the city repaired its valve. A 22-year-old air conditioner replacement came from a thorough evaluation that other companies had not matched. This is a fit for Lake Highlands and Dallas homeowners who want one company for plumbing and HVAC with a maintenance membership option. The pattern of improvising around unexpected obstacles suits older homes where jobs rarely go by the book. The priority same-day membership benefit covers the urgent failures that scheduled-only shops miss.

Rescue Air and Plumbing is a Dallas home services company on Greenville Avenue in Lake Highlands, covering plumbing alongside air conditioning and heating work around the clock. Its plumbing side includes drain cleaning, whole-home repiping, water heaters, water filtration, and 24-hour emergency plumbing, while the HVAC side spans AC repair, furnace repair, new system installations, and tune-ups. The company offers online booking, free estimates, and a maintenance club membership for ongoing care. Reviews name Kevin Lopez, Roman Arnold, Tyler, Joseph, Robert, and Dylan for fast arrivals and plain-spoken explanations. Documented jobs include a frozen pipe repaired without cutting sheetrock, a tankless water heater thawed back to normal within an hour, a same-day AC repair when other companies quoted days out, and a portable unit installed to bridge a weekend parts delay. Customers cite a no-pressure approach to quotes and financing options. The record includes a complaint about aggressive pricing pressure on a refrigerant charge. This is a fit for Dallas homeowners who want one 24-hour company for plumbing and HVAC rather than separate contractors. The same-day response pattern suits summer AC failures and winter pipe freezes alike. Given the pricing complaint, comparing the written estimate against a second quote is the sensible move on large system replacements.

Technicians Josiah, Telvin Simmons, Noel Ramirez, Roger, Cooper, Chris, Jason, Uriel, and Edgar appear across reviews for rapid response, often arriving within hours of a call, and for explaining diagnoses plainly. Documented plumbing jobs include a drain blockage caused by root intrusion resolved with clear solution options, a full plumbing inspection, and a leak assessment with a corrective action plan. Scheduler Tabitha is named for friendly, knowledgeable scheduling. The record includes one detailed complaint describing a temporary AC repair and a follow-up fee dispute. This is a fit for DFW homeowners who want HVAC, plumbing, and electrical under one roof with genuine 24-hour availability. The education-first approach suits buyers who want the why explained before authorizing work. As with any large shop, the mixed record argues for a written estimate before major repairs.
