Best Furnace repair service in Dallas for SameDay Service

Barbosa Plumbing & Air Conditioning is a Dallas contractor at 9810 Abernathy Avenue in Northwest Dallas, covering plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Its plumbing work includes drain services, leak repair, repiping, kitchen faucet and sink replacement, garbage disposal installation, and hot water recirculating systems; the HVAC side covers AC and furnace repair, replacement, and maintenance. Emergency service is available with hours listed as 8 AM to 10 PM daily. Review themes center on responsiveness and named technicians. Will is credited with fixing a main-line bathroom clog and correcting a botched remodel-era pipe rigging, plus a Fourth of July weekend leak repair; Will and Blake are named on a foundation leak job; Terry resolved a corrosion-complicated repair and left the site clean. On the HVAC side, one review describes an AC motor failure on a Saturday night with the technician returning Sunday morning for a temporary fix and completing the repair Monday, and several reviewers cite decade-plus relationships with the company. This is a fit for Northwest Dallas homeowners who want one company across plumbing and HVAC, including weekend and holiday coverage. The kitchen remodeling services suit people renovating kitchens who need fixture relocations and repiping coordinated early. For customers who value continuity, the pattern of multi-year customer relationships addresses the trust question directly.

Frymire Home Services is a Dallas-Fort Worth home services company based on Satsuma Drive in Northwest Dallas, covering air conditioning, heating, and plumbing. Its plumbing side includes tankless and heat pump water heater repair and replacement, leak diagnostics shaped by North Texas hard-water scaling, and emergency plumbing calls. The company runs seven days a week from 7 AM to 8 PM and markets upfront pricing with no overtime charges through its EASE Comfort maintenance program. Reviews repeatedly name technicians such as Bryan, Brent, Joshua, Jacob, Patrick, and Nick for explaining diagnoses patiently, arriving quickly — including a Saturday-evening AC outage resolved within half an hour — and leaving honest recommendations. A water-heater replacement and a Sunday check on a misdiagnosed leak appear among the praised jobs. The record is not spotless: public complaints cite a disputed gas-leak service call and an air-conditioner install where the heating side was not tested before winter. This is a fit for DFW homeowners who want a large, always-open shop for both HVAC and plumbing, particularly water-heater work where hard-water scaling drives failures. The seven-day schedule covers weekend emergencies without after-hours surcharges. Given the mixed public record, a written scope and upfront quote are worth securing on larger installs.
