Best Contractor in Dallas for SameDay Service

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is a plumbing and water damage restoration contractor operating from 1412 Main Street in the Dallas Downtown Historic District. Its services cover 24-hour emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer line repair and replacement, water heater services, water filtration and softening installation, and water damage cleanup and restoration. The company handles both residential and commercial properties across the Dallas metro area. Review themes center on response speed and technician conduct. Technicians Kolby, Justin, Charles, Drake, and Matthew are named for arriving quickly, explaining the problem in detail, and cleaning up afterward; water restoration supervisor Ken Isabel is noted for coordinating complex restoration jobs. Customers describe same-day or next-morning arrivals for drain overflows and sewer backups, plus upfront explanations of pricing before work starts. Pricing draws divided notes: some reviewers call it fair for the speed and quality, while others describe it as expensive and report pressure toward full sewer line replacement during camera inspections. This is a fit for property owners facing urgent drain or sewer problems who need a crew available around the clock. The combined plumbing and water restoration capability suits homes with flooding or sewage backup where cleanup and repair must happen together. For buyers comparing contractors on sewer work, asking for a second opinion on camera findings is a reasonable step before approving excavation.
