Best Air conditioning repair service in Chula Vista for SameDay Service

Friar's Plumbing Heating and AC Repair is a veteran-owned heating, air conditioning, and plumbing contractor based at 1813 Jackson St in Chula Vista's Otay Ranch area. On the HVAC side it handles AC installation and repair, AC maintenance, and furnace repair and replacement. The plumbing side covers faucet and toilet repair and replacement, water heater repair advertised with same-day service, tankless water heaters, and whole-house water filtration systems. Review themes include thorough estimates with high, medium, and low options laid out before work begins, and technicians named across reviews — Miguel, Derick, Chris, and Anthony — described as professional and knowledgeable, explaining installs as they unfolded. One review documents a water heater flush paired with an AC tune-up in a single visit, and another describes a new AC and heater system installed with the home left clean. Customers repeatedly note prompt scheduling and competitive pricing. This is a fit for Otay Ranch and Chula Vista homeowners who need one contractor for both plumbing and HVAC work, such as a water heater failure paired with an aging AC system. The tiered-estimate approach suits shoppers comparing options before committing to a full system replacement. For tankless water heater or whole-house filtration projects, the combined plumbing-and-HVAC skill set covers the job without hiring two shops.
