Best Plumber in Chandler for SameDay Service

Mike Davis Plumbing & Rooter is a Chandler, Arizona company at 824 E Mead Dr focused on drain cleaning and rooter work, with 24-hour availability claimed across its listings. Its listed offerings include sewer camera inspections, drain cleaning and repair, pipe repair and installation, and whole-house filtration systems. The broader service list extends to water heaters, faucets, shower valves, toilets, re-pipes, sewer repair and location, water service repair and replacement, gas lines, hydro jetting, video inspection, and water damage restoration. Review themes center on efficient, professional service, with technicians Dane and Mataeo named across reviews for quick, knowledgeable work. Customers describe punctual arrivals, jobs completed on the promised schedule, and estimates that hold. One older review questioned the cost of a simple toilet job, suggesting pricing can feel steep on small repairs — a point worth noting alongside the otherwise positive workmanship feedback. This is a fit for East Valley homeowners dealing with drain and sewer problems who want a company that answers at any hour. The camera inspection capability makes it relevant for diagnosing underground faults before committing to excavation, and the filtration and water treatment offerings suit households tackling hard-water issues. For minor repairs, getting the quote in writing up front is the sensible guard against the pricing complaint one reviewer raised.
