Best Drainage service in Cedar Hill for SameDay Service

Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating is a Cedar Hill home services company covering both plumbing and HVAC, with the Cedar Hill branch on Hood Street. Plumbing services include commode repair, disposal replacement, drain cleaning, fixture repair, gas leak work, hydro jetting, leak detection, re-piping, sewer main repair, slab leak repair, water heater services, and stoppage clearing; HVAC covers air conditioning repair and installation, furnace service, heat pumps, and indoor air quality, plus generator installation and maintenance. Emergency services are advertised, and Spanish-language service is offered. Reviewers name technicians including Brian, Michael, Jose Ramos, and Joe O., describing prompt arrivals, clear explanations, and per-job rather than hourly billing; one HVAC review notes the company arranging a loaned portable air conditioner while parts were sourced. The record also includes a strongly negative account: a customer describing repeated visits, escalating quotes for a drain issue, a misdiagnosed line, and a refund of one charge, a reminder that quoted work should be compared with a second opinion on major repairs. This fits Cedar Hill-area homeowners who want a single company covering plumbing, heating, and cooling under one roof, especially for AC breakdowns and emergency repairs. Given the pricing complaint, it may suit customers who obtain an itemized quote first and confirm the diagnosis before approving large jobs.
