Best Heating contractor in Carrollton for SameDay Service

Medley Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing is a combined HVAC and plumbing contractor based in Carrollton, Texas, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Its services span heating and air conditioning repair, replacement, and maintenance — including indoor air quality work — plus general plumbing repairs, water heater installation and repair for tank and tankless units, leak detection including slab leaks, water and gas line piping and repiping, and drain cleaning. It also offers an annual maintenance plan covering heating, air conditioning, and plumbing visits. The review record is built on response speed and honest diagnosis. Customers describe calling in the afternoon and having a technician on-site within an hour or two, with same-day service reported for AC failures in extreme heat. Technicians named across reviews include Colton, Ruben, Shawn, and the owner, Texas — noted for talking one customer through an emergency AC fix over FaceTime after hours at no charge. Recurring themes are transparent options, no upselling, and clear explanations before work begins. This is a fit for DFW homeowners who want one company for both HVAC and plumbing rather than coordinating separate contractors. The documented same-day response pattern makes it relevant for urgent failures like a dead AC unit in a Texas summer or a burst water line. For annual maintenance customers, the bundled plan covers both trades in a single visit schedule.
