Best Heating contractor in Carmel for SameDay Service

Service Plus Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is a multi-trade contractor based in Carmel, Indiana, serving the north-side suburbs with extended hours from seven in the morning to ten at night daily. Its trades cover heating and cooling (furnace and AC repair, installation, maintenance, heat pumps, ductless systems, indoor air quality), plumbing (faucet changes, water heater flush and replacement, water softener replacement, leak repair), and electrical work. Maintenance plans bundle the trades into scheduled upkeep with included services like water heater flushes. Review themes center on thorough, educational technicians: Austin is praised for a faucet change that uncovered a failed water softener and a water heater on the verge of failure — explaining calcium and metal debris while draining the unit — and techs like Dustin, Ryan, and Remington are noted for patient inspections. Reviews highlight clear communication, reminders, and exact arrival times. No strong complaint patterns appear in the available material; the record is mostly maintenance-plan and repair positives. This is a fit for Carmel and north-suburb homeowners wanting one provider across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical with a maintenance plan that prevents surprises. The diagnostic thoroughness — catching failing softeners and heaters during routine visits — suits proactive homeowners. For busy households, the long daily hours and reminder system ease scheduling. Those comparing plans should weigh the bundled upkeep against per-visit pricing to see which fits their home's age and equipment.
