Best Contractor in Butler for SameDay Service

Mid City Corporation is a plumbing, HVAC, and utility contractor at 12930 W Custer Ave in Butler, Wisconsin, serving Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. It handles full-service plumbing and HVAC work alongside commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. Its offerings include underground sewer and water lines, geothermal systems, heating and cooling service, general plumbing services, and emergency service. The company has acted as a contractor for the City of Milwaukee's lead water service line replacement program, which points to utility-grade underground capability. Review themes emphasize professional, organized crews on major projects: a lead service line replacement team led by Anthony Scott started at 8 AM and finished the same afternoon while keeping the home clean inside and out. Repeat customers describe fast, friendly plumbing service with requested technicians returning for follow-up jobs, and technicians Joel and Mark are named for air conditioning and sewer project work. Reviewers also praise next-day scheduling and honest assessments that diagnose existing equipment rather than pushing replacements. A small number of negative reviews report unresolved water main patches and disputed sewer damage, so larger excavation jobs warrant a clear written scope. This is a fit for homeowners facing lead water line replacement, water main work, or sewer projects in the Milwaukee and Waukesha area. The commercial and municipal track record may also suit facility managers and municipalities needing utility-scale plumbing work. For 24/7 emergency positioning, the company presents itself as an option for urgent plumbing and HVAC failures, with weekday early hours starting at 6 AM.
