Best Plumber in Brooklyn for SameDay Service

Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating Corp. is a Brooklyn plumbing and heating contractor based on Jefferson Street in Bushwick, run around Mike and his team. The review record skews toward heavy, complex work: hundred-year-old burst pipes replaced across four apartments plus a basement, a gas leak repaired with no mess left behind, a boiler revived late on a Friday night heading into a freezing weekend, and dual hotel boilers replaced during freezing conditions. Tankless water heater refurbishing and Navien system servicing appear repeatedly, along with help navigating DOB and DEP inspections. Customers describe Michael as extremely knowledgeable and easygoing, explaining underlying issues clearly without upselling unnecessary services. The company handles both residential and commercial jobs, and reviewers cite honest assessments of boilers and burners. One caution recurs: a client spent a few thousand dollars across three repair visits before learning the boiler needed full replacement — so pushing for a clear replacement-versus-repair estimate early is wise. This is a fit for Brooklyn property owners facing serious heating and plumbing failures rather than simple fixture swaps. Multi-unit landlords dealing with aging boilers, burst risers, or inspection compliance are the core audience. For Bushwick and central Brooklyn, where century-old infrastructure fails in dramatic fashion, a contractor comfortable with big system work is the draw.
