4 Best Plumber in Brookfield for SameDay Service

S&K Pump & Plumbing is a Brookfield contractor at 20880 W Enterprise Ave whose defining identity is water itself — well pump, plumbing, water conditioning, and remodeling under one roof with in-house designers on staff. Well services include drilling, submersible pump installation and repair, and well abandonment; the plumbing side covers emergency plumbing, water heater replacement, general repairs, and full kitchen and bathroom remodels; water treatment work includes softeners and conditioning systems. Service spans Waukesha, Brookfield, Chenequa, Delafield, Wales, Mukwonago, Sussex, Caledonia, Oak Creek, Franklin, New Berlin, West Allis, Wauwatosa, Greenfield, Hales Corners, Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, Muskego, and Elm Grove. The review record shows a large, long-running operation: customers describe professional, knowledgeable crews — one praised a water softener install as the neatest work seen in a long time, and another had running water restored quickly after a well failure. But the record also carries real complaints: an arrogant service rep, a slow technician whose billing dragged, and a contract dispute over excluded work. That mix is the honest picture of a big shop: mostly strong work, with the occasional customer-service stumble. This is a fit for well-water homeowners in Waukesha and surrounding counties who need pump work plus plumbing in one call, and for remodel buyers who want in-house designers guiding the project. Contract customers should read the written scope carefully before signing, given the exclusion dispute in the record. The breadth of the service area makes it a practical choice for properties between Brookfield and the lake suburbs.

Wm. A. Zachow & Sons, Inc. is a Brookfield plumbing company at 4040 N 126th St run by the Zachow family, serving Brookfield and surrounding communities with general plumbing for homes and businesses. Services include water heater installation and repair including tankless units, fixture and faucet work, sump and sanitary pumps, garbage disposals, backwater valve installation, drain cleaning, gas piping, frozen water pipe repair, hot water recirculation, water-conserving fixtures, and code compliance corrections. Emergency services are offered, and hours run 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. The review record leans positive on price and responsiveness: customers describe fair prices, fast work done right, plumbers who call when en route, and even phone help given free of charge. Named technicians Steve and Eric recur, with Steve credited for quick toilet and bathroom repairs. One detailed complaint stands out — a missed appointment followed by a tool-less second visit — which the overall pattern does not repeat, but it is worth naming for balance. Repeat customers spanning many years describe the company as their default plumber. This is a fit for Brookfield homeowners who want a family-run shop with a broad service menu and no call-center feel, and for landlords who value fair pricing on routine repairs. The tankless water heater and hot water recirculation offerings suit efficiency-minded owners. Prospective customers should confirm appointment windows, given the scheduling complaint, but the weight of the record supports a careful, honest operation.
