Best Air conditioning contractor in Broken Arrow for SameDay Service

Air Assurance Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a Broken Arrow, Oklahoma contractor at 1301 Southwest Expressway Drive, with heating and cooling as its primary trade and plumbing as a secondary department. The company positions itself as the largest full-service HVAC fleet in the Tulsa metro area with an all-NATE-certified technician staff, and its own materials describe 40 years in business. Offerings cover AC installation and repair, furnace service, ductless systems, geothermal, and indoor air quality work. Plumbing services include faucet repairs, water heater installation and repair, and general plumbing service with emergency availability. HVAC customers praise technicians such as Marshall, Devon, Christian, Michael, and Jesse Molé for thorough inspections, on-time arrival, clear explanations, and clean work — one account describes a full week of urgent crawl-space duct repairs resolved efficiently after a house-flip disaster. Dissenting accounts include a plumbing warranty call where the customer says the technician ignored them, coordination failures where promised callbacks never came, and a warranty dispute with long response delays. One reviewer notes the company is never the cheapest but backs the premium with service. This is a fit for Broken Arrow and Tulsa-metro customers who primarily need HVAC installation or service from a large, credentialed dealer with plumbing handled by the same company. The emergency model covers heating, cooling, and plumbing failures alike. For plumbing-specific work, particularly warranty or insurance claims, customers may want written commitments on scope and timing before scheduling.
