Best Plumber in Blue Ash for SameDay Service

Just Water Heaters is a water heater installation and repair company in Blue Ash, Ohio, that focuses exclusively on water heaters rather than general plumbing. Its listed services include gas and electric water heater replacement, tankless water heater installation (including high-efficiency systems), and water heater repair, with same-day replacement and next-day installation available. A standard installation includes delivery, professional installation, haul-away of the old unit, a drain pan, an expansion tank, and a new water shutoff. The company serves greater Cincinnati including Warren, Butler, and Clermont counties. Review themes center on speed and straightforward pricing: reviewers describe technicians arriving the same day a unit failed, quotes provided from photos sent by text before anyone visited, and final prices coming in at or below the quoted figure. Named technicians Dale and Tim appear across reviews, with notes about on-time arrivals, no upselling, and careful cleanup. One reviewer describes a leaking unit on a Friday night before a holiday weekend being replaced the next morning, while another notes a tight crawl-space installation completed with minimal added cost. This is a fit for homeowners whose water heater has failed or is underperforming and who want it replaced quickly without a general-plumbing sales process. Because the company does only water heaters, customers get a focused scope: delivery, installation, haul-away, and the standard components listed above. It suits buyers comparing replacement quotes who value an upfront figure before the visit, and property managers who need a fast like-for-like swap to restore hot water.
