Best Plumber in Belleville for SameDay Service

City Plumbing Heating Air conditioning & Drain Cleaning is a Belleville, NJ contractor at 472 Washington Ave combining plumbing, drain and sewer work with heating and air conditioning. Plumbing services include leak detection and repair, faucet and sink installation, toilet repair and replacement, shower and bathtub repair, garbage disposal installation and repair, and whole-home re-piping. Drain and sewer work covers drain cleaning and unclogging, hydro jetting for tough blockages, sewer camera inspections, sewer line repairs and replacement, and root removal from sewer lines. Heating and cooling cover furnace and boiler repair, heat pump and AC installation and repair, and duct cleaning and sealing. The review record centers on drain and sewer emergencies. Customers describe technicians arriving within an hour for a sewer backup on the first floor, snaking sewer mainlines correctly and quickly, spending over two hours on a stubborn sewer clog, and explaining the condition of the line with options to prevent future backups. Reviewers call the company their go-to emergency plumber. A counterbalancing review describes a charge the customer called excessive for less than an hour of labor and a few inexpensive pipe fittings. This is a fit for Belleville-area homeowners with sewer backups, main-line clogs, or frozen pipes who want one company covering both plumbing and HVAC. The fast-arrival pattern suits buyers who want the line's condition explained before committing to replacement. The pricing outlier in the reviews is the counterweight: confirming the estimate before work starts is the practical move.

All Clear Plumbing is a plumbing and heating contractor at 54 Greylock Ave in Belleville, NJ, with a second listing under the same brand in Nutley. Its service categories span plumbing, drainage, furnace repair, gas installation, heating contracting, hot water systems, septic systems, water purification, and water softening — a full-stack residential and commercial offering for Essex County homes, running from everyday plumbing through boiler and furnace work to water treatment. This is distinct from an unrelated Morris County company with a similar name. The review record centers on fast arrival and named technicians. Customers describe a technician arriving within 45 minutes to clear a drain and staying until it flowed freely, a water heater leak answered within an hour or two on a Monday morning, a gas range valve changed in five minutes after a four-day outage, and Ivan and Sam restoring a boiler within an hour on a freezing day — leaving maintenance instructions. Elvis is named for shower-drain unclogs at affordable pricing, and Fred for scheduled, well-explained work on a 100-year-old bathtub's hardware, matched to the original aesthetic. This is a fit for Belleville and Nutley homeowners with urgent failures — leaking water heaters, dead boilers in cold weather, blocked drains — who value quick arrival. The boiler and water-treatment categories make it relevant for whole-system work, not just clogs. The pattern to weigh: consistently quick response paired with careful explanations, suited to first-time customers comparing quotes on larger jobs.
