3 Best Plumber in Beaverton for SameDay Service

1-800-PLUMBER +AIR is the Portland metro franchise of the national 1-800-Plumber brand, based in Beaverton and covering Beaverton, Portland, and Vancouver. The operation pairs plumbing with HVAC: leak detection, drain cleaning, faucet installation, water heater repairs, water softening equipment, plus air conditioning repair, air conditioning system supply, heating contracting, and ductless cooling units and furnace replacement. Emergency service is advertised for both trades. Reviews center on technician Joe, who is named for water heater rescues and thorough leak work. One reviewer describes Joe fixing a water heater on a holiday with fast, pleasant service; another describes him diagnosing a bathtub p-trap and overflow leak in a downtown condo, explaining everything and working efficiently. Reviews praise promptness and clear communication on routine jobs. One balanced note appears in the record: a reviewer disputes a faucet-handle repair bill and describes the technician arriving without proper materials, suggesting pricing and preparedness can vary by visit. This is a fit for Beaverton and west-side homeowners who want plumbing and HVAC from one number, from a slow drain to an AC failure. The franchise structure brings standardized processes and financing options that independents sometimes lack. For buyers comparing the national brand against local shops, the reviews suggest asking for a firm quote before work starts.

Pro Drain & Rooter Service, Inc. is a Beaverton-based company that grew from a one-van drain cleaning operation into a full-service plumbing and drain shop. Its listed services cover residential and commercial plumbing, routine drain maintenance, complex clog removal, hydrojetting, drain cleaning for all drain types, sewer scope camera inspections, leak repairs, and fixture installations including water heaters. The company is known for its 30-day labor warranty on bathroom drain clearings: if a cleared clog returns within the window, a technician comes back at no charge. Reviews describe camera-driven diagnostics. Technician Thomas showed one customer the camera footage revealing tree roots as the cause of a recurring backup, explaining the pipe layout as he worked. Another reviewer describes Kyle arriving on time for a sewer scope needed for a city permit, delivering the paperwork and video the same day with a detailed written description of the work. Technician Dan resolved a stubborn kitchen drain in about thirty minutes after the homeowner's own attempts failed, and Austen earned praise for easy scheduling and quick work. Reviewers call pricing reasonable for the scope performed. This is a fit for homeowners with recurring clogs or root intrusion who want the line scoped on camera and the actual cause shown to them. The warranty on bathroom drain work gives budget certainty for repeat clog issues. For real estate transactions requiring a sewer scope for the city, the same-day paperwork turnaround is the practical advantage.

Leak Locaters is a Beaverton-based leak detection company at 9735 SW Sunshine Court specializing in non-invasive, non-destructive leak detection rather than repair work. Its listed offerings cover leak detection, water line location, and sewer scopes/inspections for homes and businesses across the Portland and Vancouver metro area. Operating seven days a week, it serves homeowners with doubled water bills, hotels with parking-lot mains leaks, and property managers dealing with sewer smells or yard flooding. Review themes describe fast, accurate diagnostics: water pooling in a front yard traced and stopped the same day, an intermittent bathroom sewer smell solved by a smoke test that pinpointed a cracked internal toilet trap, and underground hotel leaks located off the assumed line with dead-on accuracy. Technicians Kyle and Dylan recur by name for explaining next steps clearly and charging less than quoted when jobs finish quickly. One detailed negative account reports a misdiagnosis that required two visits and never produced a correct finding, so the record is not spotless. This is a fit for Portland-area property owners who need to know exactly where a leak is before calling a repair plumber. The specialization suits pre-repair diagnostics for water lines, slabs, irrigation, and sewer systems. Buyers of older homes can use the service to confirm suspicions before committing to a remodel.
