Best Heating contractor in Austin for SameDay Service

1st Home & Commercial Services is a family-run home services company based in Austin's Dittmar-Slaughter area offering plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical work for residential and commercial customers. Its plumbing services cover drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, kitchen plumbing like waste pipe and sink installations, and emergency repair. The company operates 24/7 with emergency service around the clock, and Spanish-speaking staff are available. Energy-efficient solutions are a stated specialty across all three trades. Review themes emphasize courteous, patient technicians who educate customers about their systems. Named technicians Ruben, Roy, Anthony, Ryan, Dominic, Darius, and Lee Owens appear across reviews for explaining the problem, presenting options, and completing work cleanly. One customer credits a technician with handling an exploded water heater end-to-end — coordinating drywall repair and sourcing the replacement unit. Another notes after-hours response that restored cooling the same night. One reviewer describes pricing on a disposal replacement as higher than expected, with the company responding that its flat-rate model covers stocked parts and a one-year warranty. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical across both scheduled and emergency work. It suits customers who value explanation-rich service visits and a family-run operation. For time-critical calls, the 24/7 emergency availability is the relevant feature.
