4 Best HVAC contractor in Atlanta for SameDay Service

Estes Services is a multi-trade home comfort company based in Atlanta, covering heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work for homes and businesses across metro Atlanta. Plumbing services include leak repair, drain cleaning, water heater installation, water filtration, and sewer line services. The HVAC side handles AC installation and repair, furnace and heat pump work, and maintenance membership plans, while the electrical department covers wiring, panels, and lighting. Technicians arrive in fully stocked trucks, and the company operates Monday through Friday 7 AM to 10 PM, with Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. Review themes emphasize thorough, patient technicians who explain options before starting. Customers name Lee Smith for careful walk-throughs, Jorge for a fast after-hours furnace fix during cold weather, and Damey and Juan for exceeding expectations on an HVAC replacement during an ice storm. Reviewers note they signed annual service agreements after being impressed by the detail and communication. The company is positioned as a third-generation family operation, and it offers free estimates on HVAC system replacements. This is a fit for Atlanta homeowners who want one company covering every system in the house — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and indoor air quality — rather than coordinating separate contractors. Buyers planning major replacements can use the free-estimate policy to compare options. For households with aging systems, the maintenance membership plans provide a structured way to keep heating, cooling, and plumbing equipment serviced on a schedule.

Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning is a large home services company at 935 Chattahoochee Ave NW in Atlanta, with a second office in Alpharetta, serving greater Atlanta and North Georgia with 24/7 call-or-text availability. While heating and cooling are its core, plumbing is a full service line — installation, repair, and maintenance for water systems, water heaters, and water filtration alongside HVAC and indoor air quality work. One reviewer described an a/c unit, furnace, and water heater all replaced in a single project, illustrating the bundled-service model. Technicians named across reviews include Ken, Ron, Jonathan, Lionel, Cesar, and Derrick, with themes of professional installs that protect the home (floor coverings, cleanup), knowledgeable explanations, and maintenance plans customers praise for keeping equipment running for years. The record is mixed at scale: some reviewers reported delayed callbacks, a locked-compressor misdiagnosis, and pricing disputes — a realistic pattern for a high-volume operation, and worth noting for anyone booking. This is a fit for Atlanta homeowners who want heating, cooling, and plumbing under one roof, especially system replacements where bundling saves coordination. Maintenance-plan customers get scheduled tune-ups and reminders. For plumbing-only emergencies, confirm the plumbing dispatch time separately from the HVAC queue.

Mr. Superior Maintenance is a multi-trade home services company based in Midtown Atlanta, combining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and renovation work under one roof. Its services span heating and air conditioning repair and installation, electrical repairs and installations, plumbing repairs, and home renovation projects. The company is run by owner Nate Wilder and positions itself as a personal-service alternative to large contractors — one point of contact for the heating system, the wiring, the plumbing, and the remodel. Weekend emergency response is a stated offering. Review themes emphasize the personal touch and cross-trained technicians. Customers describe Nate and the crew handling combined projects — an HVAC repair alongside electrical work, or plumbing tied into a renovation — without the handoff friction of multiple contractors. Reviewers note weekend and after-hours responsiveness, with emergency calls answered when other shops were closed. The pricing pattern is fair for the multi-trade convenience, and reviewers mention clear communication about what each part of a combined job would cost. This is a fit for Midtown and intown Atlanta homeowners with projects that cross trade lines — a bathroom remodel needing plumbing and electrical, or an older home where the HVAC, wiring, and pipes all need attention. Property managers handling multi-system issues benefit from the single-vendor model. The weekend emergency coverage makes this a practical call when something fails on a Saturday and the big shops are booked.

HVAC Guyz & Plumbing Inc is a multi-trade contractor at 1579 Monroe Drive NE in Atlanta's Piedmont Heights neighborhood, combining heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work in one shop. Its services span AC repair and installation, furnace and heat pump work, plumbing repairs and installations, and electrical jobs, and it advertises willingness to work with home warranty companies — a meaningful differentiator, since many shops refuse warranty jobs. Hours run long: Monday 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday 8 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM. Review themes revolve around the owner-technician Rohan: customers describe same-day AC repair, holiday and weekend service when the AC failed, a broken underground pipe connector fixed the day they called, and professional help navigating a frustrating home warranty process. Pricing transparency is a repeated note, with the company described as reasonable and upfront. Balanced against that is a single sharp complaint about a refrigerant charge the reviewer called absurd — the classic overcharge pattern — so this is a mostly positive but not spotless record. This is a fit for Piedmont Heights and Midtown-area homeowners who want one contractor covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, especially those holding home warranty policies. The same-day and holiday response themes make it a practical call during Atlanta's summer heat. Buyers should still ask for the itemized quote before authorizing refrigerant or large repairs.
