Best Bathroom remodeler in Atlanta for SameDay Service

Mini Jobs is a handyman service based at 3325 E Wood Valley Rd NW in Atlanta's West Paces Ferry/Northside area, serving metro Atlanta homes and businesses. It specializes in the small-to-medium repairs that fall between DIY and a general contractor: basic plumbing fixes, electrical work like fixtures and outlets, carpentry, door and window adjustments, lock replacement, shelf installation, and furniture assembly. Jobs that take one to three hours are the most common, and all work is guaranteed. On the commercial side, it handles regular repairs for retail stores and offices, plus renovation and maintenance work for condominium property managers and homeowner associations. The company's review record leans on owner David and his crew, who are repeatedly described as prompt, professional, and careful around families and pets. One client described a deck rebuild where the crew cleaned the work area every night. Others mention a fixed pull-down attic staircase, new locks installed without fuss, and a long pre-sale punch list of small jobs completed quickly. Property managers value having a single source for common-area repairs without managing multiple trades. This is a fit for homeowners sitting on a backlog of minor repairs, especially before listing a home for sale. It also suits landlords and property managers who need one reliable contact for turnover repairs, and small businesses that want recurring maintenance handled without disrupting operations. Office hours run weekday daytime only, so it is built for planned work rather than after-hours emergencies.
