Best Home builder in Anchorage for SameDay Service

Avalanche Construction Inc. is a full-service residential remodeling general contractor on E 68th Avenue in Anchorage's Taku/Campbell area, serving the greater Anchorage area. Its work covers bathroom and kitchen remodels, composite shingle roofing installation, aluminum siding installation, window installation and replacement, deck construction, chimney chase replacement, exterior painting, and flooring. The company is listed as a GAF roofing contractor holding an Alaska state license, and its advertised services include emergency response work. Reviews name crew members Axel, James, Cody, Garrett, Logan, and Mike, along with office staff Kate and McKenzie keeping customers informed through a customer portal with daily photos and updates. Customers describe punctual, professional crews who cleaned the yard daily and inspected finished work thoroughly — one porch, stair, and balcony replacement review praises the crew's pace and care, while a window replacement review notes product quality above the original. Another review describes the company rescuing a homeowner from a plumbing emergency with fast, excellent drywall repair. This is a fit for Anchorage homeowners planning complex remodels shaped by Alaska's climate — roof replacements under heavy snow loads, exterior work, or multi-trade projects like chimney chase rebuilds. The daily-photo portal suits owners who want visibility into progress without hovering on site. For buyers comparing bids, the combination of detailed proposals and in-home consultation gives a clear scope before work starts.
