Best Furnace parts supplier in Anchorage for SameDay Service

Circle Plumbing & Heating Inc is a family-run plumbing and heating contractor on Raspberry Road in Anchorage, operated by the Embley family for more than 50 years. Its service list covers furnace and boiler work — service, repair, installation, and tune-ups — plus pipe repair and installation, drain cleaning and repair, and emergency plumbing. The company advertises NATE-certified technicians, senior and military discounts, and free in-home quotes for kitchen and bathroom remodels and new heating systems. Listed service areas include Anchorage, Eagle River, Girdwood, Susitna, and Willow. Review themes lean on responsiveness for heating failures: customers describe next-day crews for burst pipes after boiler freezes, heat restored the same week, and technicians like Ed and Zach who arrive with boiler parts in the truck and answer questions on site. Multiple reviewers mention free heat-loss calculations and no-charge estimates that resolved temperature problems without pushing a replacement sale. A smaller share of feedback cites longer waits for scheduled service appointments and unsatisfactory new-furnace installs. This is a fit for homeowners with aging boilers or furnaces who want technicians experienced with Alaska-specific heating systems and tricky, hard-to-source parts. It also suits remodel projects needing bathroom plumbing rough-in alongside heating upgrades. Homeowners scheduling non-urgent work may want to confirm lead times directly, given the mixed feedback on appointment availability.
