3 Best Air conditioning repair service in Anchorage for SameDay Service

Moore Heating is an HVAC contractor in Anchorage's Campbell Park area serving residential and commercial customers around the clock. Its service range covers gas, oil, and electric furnaces and boilers with installation and repair, air conditioning and heat pump installation and service, tankless water heaters, ductless mini-splits, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, gas fireplaces and stoves, backup generators, and garage heaters. Emergency service is offered every day of the week. Review themes center on named technicians doing clean, complete installations: Raul's Lennox furnace installs, Chris and Mark on troubleshooting and repairs, Paul on air quality equipment. Customers describe a furnace replacement completed in about two and a half hours, a leaking water heater in a tight condo closet replaced the same weekend, and competitive quotes that came in below rival estimates. Warranty-backed work, transparent pricing, and technicians who treat homes with respect appear repeatedly, with many customers describing themselves as repeat users. This is a fit for Anchorage homeowners facing a dead furnace or boiler in midwinter who need installation and repair under one roof. The broad equipment coverage, from forced air to hydronic systems to ductless mini-splits, makes it relevant for both older homes and new construction. For commercial customers, the install-plus-service model with emergency availability covers properties that cannot afford to go without heat.

Klebs Mechanical is a full-service mechanical contractor in Anchorage's Taku/Campbell area handling plumbing, heating, and air conditioning for residential and commercial customers. Its offerings include plumbing repair and installation, heating system work, custom sheet metal fabrication, radiant heating, indoor air quality and ventilation solutions, low-temperature freeze alarms, and planned maintenance agreements, with 24-hour emergency dispatch every day of the week. Review themes emphasize water heater replacements: fast turnaround, phone troubleshooting before arrival, and technicians who explain arrival times and installation steps in plain terms. Customers describe Kirsten at the front desk explaining normal-hour versus after-hour pricing in detail, owner Mike being personally responsive, and care-plan members finding the maintenance agreements worthwhile after pipe bursts and equipment failures. Clean jobsites, transparent billing, and problems resolved in a single visit appear across the record, with service reaching Anchorage plus JBER, Chugiak, Eagle River, Indian, and Girdwood. This is a fit for Anchorage homeowners who want one contractor covering both plumbing and heating, particularly water heater failures that need fast resolution. The maintenance agreement model suits property owners who prefer scheduled service over reactive calls. Discount Mechanical Heating and Plumbing is a veteran-owned, family-operated plumbing and HVAC contractor based at 500 W 41st Ave in Anchorage. It handles residential and commercial work across both trades: furnace and water heater repair, drain repair, and general plumbing repairs, with emergency service positioned as available around the clock. Upfront, transparent pricing and free estimates are part of its stated approach, and reviews repeatedly reference quick turnarounds after hours. Review themes center on scheduling speed and technician conduct. Customers describe calls answered and techs dispatched the same day, including after-hours responses during heavy winter weather when heating failures are most disruptive. Named technicians — Kirk, Peter, Jared, Raven, Robin, and Sean — are cited for diagnosing problems clearly, documenting work, explaining each step in plain terms, and completing repairs without overselling. Multiple reviewers mention switching to the company from competitors after a single service visit. This is a fit for homeowners who want one contractor covering both plumbing and heating emergencies, especially in Anchorage winters where furnace and pipe failures cluster. Property owners with multiple buildings also appear in the review record, suggesting the company can handle recurring work for landlords. Homeowners comparing quotes on furnace replacement or water heater work would benefit from the pattern of detailed explanations before work begins.
